The repair bench

One important journey. Properly tested.

This is for a working WordPress site with a leaky primary path—not a disguised redesign project. We agree the exact checklist before any paid work begins.

01

Trace the path

Audit up to five pages from arrival to booking, quote or enquiry confirmation.

02

Repair three faults

Fix up to three agreed blockers: links, forms, routing, mobile layout or hand-offs.

03

Verify delivery

Test the chosen form or booking hand-off and confirm the intended destination.

04

Measure the result

Add one GA4 conversion event when Analytics is already installed and accessible.

Included

  • Public pre-check before you decide
  • Backup or staging checkpoint
  • Desktop and mobile verification
  • Before-and-after evidence note
  • 14-day recheck
  • 30-day workmanship warranty

Kept outside the sprint

  • Full redesigns or content campaigns
  • Malware recovery or hosting migrations
  • New paid licences and service charges
  • Unrelated faults discovered after scope

The two-day sequence

Careful enough for production. Small enough to finish.

  1. 1

    Send the URL

I return a concise public pre-check. No credentials, scanning or form submission.

  2. 2

    Lock the checklist

We agree the primary journey, up to three repairs, access needed and completion evidence.

  3. 3

    Repair safely

You create temporary access. I record a backup point, make the changes and test at mobile width.

  4. 4

    Prove and hand back

You receive the completed checklist, evidence, any follow-up advice and a reminder to revoke access.

The sensible questions

Before anyone touches production.

What if the pre-check finds more than three issues?

We rank them. The £500 sprint covers the three agreed items with the clearest lead-path impact. Everything else becomes an optional, separately priced note.

Do you need my password?

No shared personal passwords. Create a temporary WordPress administrator account and, only if required, time-limited hosting or DNS access. Revoke it after handover.

How is payment handled?

Fifty per cent reserves the slot after the checklist is agreed; the balance is due when the completion evidence is delivered.

Does this guarantee more leads?

No. The sprint guarantees the agreed technical work and evidence, not traffic or commercial results. It removes observable friction from an existing path.

Start with evidence
