Two connected parts of the work

The public website is where people first encounter AccountsDirect’s offer and conversion paths. DevMuse’s work also extends into software used inside the business.

This is an ongoing partnership. It is useful evidence of the studio’s ability to work across a public experience and the less visible systems around it.

What the partnership covers

  • Public website and conversion paths.
  • Connected operational tools.
  • Controlled roles, workspaces and evidence.
  • Specialist AI layers for defined tasks.

These describe the scope of the partnership. They are not a catalogue of software available for general installation.

The private system boundary

Nexus is being developed by DevMuse in partnership with AD Group. It remains private partnership work, built around this organisation.

The public website can be inspected here. Private screens, records and operational details are not reproduced in this case study. A new organisation’s system would need its own discovery, scope and implementation.

When this approach fits

A public site can be only one part of the requirement. If enquiries, documents and day-to-day work span several tools, it can help to consider the public and private parts together.

Bring the current process and the point where work becomes awkward. DevMuse can help establish whether the useful next step is an integration, a focused tool or a larger system.
